Apple Picking at Crooked Run Orchard

This weekend we went apple picking at Crooked Run Orchard. Bronwyn, Tamer, Lilah and Bayan joined us for a day of apples and fun. We picked enough apples for plenty of apple sauce and pies. They had several different varieties that we got to taste along the way.

Birthday Fun

Alaina had her 2nd birthay party on Sunday. It was mostly a family affair and everyone seemed to have had a good time. Alaina opened all of her presents and she even tried to blow out her candles. Here are some of the pictures that we took!

Our weekend in Philadelphia

We went to Philadelphia without the kids this weekend for a wedding. It was fantastic to have some "adult time" and the wedding was beautiful.

Alaina turned 2 years old today. My, how the time has flown. It seems just yesterday that she was this tiny little baby that we brought home from the hospital. I'm amazed every day at the rate that she grows and learns. She started counting this week and she has had a massive word explosion. These are some pictures that we took from tonight.
